The sad part of them not having an internet presence is that I can't tell you where to find them other than the Angie's List office at 30th and Shadeland every Tuesday for lunch.
Everything on the truck is $5. Act surprised.
The menu rotates every week but she almost always has rib tips. These things are delicious. Slow roasted then covered with homemade BBQ sauce, for the price you can't beat them. The mac is fantastic too, though if you aren't into pepper you might try the baked beans instead as she seasons the mac pretty heavily. I like it, your mileage may vary.
I wish I had more info to go with this but there really isn't much else to say. Hopefully the picture below will speak for itself.
